Description: Representing a £1.4m investment, The Queensberry opened as a 15 bedroom hotel in July 2007.As a listed building on English Street, Dumfries that has been left unused for a number of years, The Barracuda Pub Group were keen to bring the building back into public use and preserve the hotels listed building consent. Accommodation is up two flights of stairs and we do not have a lift Decor is contemporary yet comfortable with interiors that include slate, woodblock and stylish carpet flooring. Access to the hotels 15 bedrooms is through the pubrestaurant on the ground floor which trades under the Smith and Jones brand, offering high quality food and premium branded drinks throughout the day and evening to both residents and non-residents.
