Spread over three levels the spacious accommodation is ideal for groups or families. The cottage is located next to Liberton Golf Club and 400 metres from the New Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh. Craigmillar Castle is within easy walking distance. From Princes Street it is approximately 5 minutes by car, or 10 minutes on bus services that travels along Old Dalkeith Road (Lothian Bus No's 33 and 49 and First Buses No 86 and No 79). Kingston Avenue is the last turn off on the right hand side from Old Dalkeith Road before the New Edinburgh Roya Infirmary.
