Directions: Leave M6 at Junction 40 and head East on A66 dual carriageway towards ScotchCorner. At the next roundabout take the first exit on to the A6 Bridge Lane and follow this road towards Penrith Town Centre. Go straight over a mini roundabout and the Blue Swallow is situated 100 yds on the left hand side.Walking from the Railway Station, turn left and cross the road at the pelican crossing and follow the footpath down Castlegate leading into Cornmarket and the Town Centre Clock Tower. Turn right at the clock on to King Street and follow this road approx a quarter of a mile and you will find the Blue Swallow on the right hand side (approx 15 mins walk) - A taxi can be taken from the Station at a small cost.
