Description: The 18th-century Pitlessie House in Cupar, Fife, is a Grade II Listed Georgian manor house with free Wi-Fi, charming guest-house accommodation and gardens. St Andrews is a 15-minute drive away. A typical village pub is found just across from the village green. More than 50 golf courses are all less than 30 minutes drive from Pitlessie House. Fernie Castle, Letham, Falkland and Ceres are only minutes from Pitlessie House. Built in 1737, Pitlessie House has many orginal features, including real log fires, antiques and stained-glass windows. The large and comfortable bedrooms have satellite TV.
Directions: To reach Pitlessie from Edinburgh leave the M90 at Junction 2A in direction Dundee St Andrews Cupar.Travel as far as the junction with the A912914.Take the 3rd exit (the A914) signposted St AndrewsCuparPitlessie, passing through Kettlebridge and Balmalcom. Pitlessie House is easily visible when entering Pitlessie, opposite the Village Inn pub. Pitlessie House can best be reached from The Wynd at the side gate. Parking in the courtyard.
